Terms and Conditions
These terms cover how you pay for lessons with Still Brewing and how you get access to them. Cancellations and refunds are covered separately on our Refund and Cancellation Policy page.
Payment Terms
We offer online English group lessons and speaking group calls. Payments are processed securely via WayForPay (accepting Visa and MasterCard). Depending on the plan you choose, payments can be made as a one-time purchase (for drop-in speaking group calls) or as a monthly plan. Monthly plans are set up as automatic recurring subscriptions. Your card will be charged automatically every month until you cancel.
Delivery Policy (How you access your classes)
As our services are digital, there is no physical delivery.
- For monthly plans (Group Lessons or Speaking Group Calls): Within 24 hours after your payment, our administrator will email you a form to select your schedule availability. Once you fill it out, we will match you with a suitable group and add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group chat. In this chat, you will receive links to join your upcoming sessions and all necessary preparation materials.
- For One-Time Drop-in Speaking Group Calls: We will check your availability via email and then send the link for the next speaking group call, along with preparation materials, directly to your email inbox. You will not be added to a WhatsApp group chat.
