Terms and Conditions
These terms cover how you pay for lessons with Still Brewing and how you get access to them. Cancellations, refunds, and the Speaking Sprint Guarantee are covered separately on our Refund and Cancellation Policy page.
1. Our Programs
We currently offer three ways to learn with us:
- The 28-Day Speaking Sprint — a fixed-price, one-time purchase for a single seat in a dated cohort (the start date and price are shown on the page where you buy). This is our main program — see Section 2.
- Speaking Group Calls — available as a one-time drop-in purchase, or as a monthly recurring plan.
- Group Lessons — available as a monthly recurring plan.
2. The 28-Day Speaking Sprint
2.1 What you’re buying
A seat in one cohort of the Speaking Sprint: 20 live sessions over 4 weeks, run on weekdays, in a small group (typically 2–6 people). Your cohort’s start date, seat price, and group are confirmed on the page you buy from and in your confirmation email.
2.2 Payment
Payment is a single, one-time charge, processed securely via WayForPay (Visa and Mastercard accepted). This is not a recurring subscription — you are charged once, for one cohort. Your seat is confirmed once payment clears.
2.3 How you get access
Before your cohort starts, we confirm your schedule and add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for your cohort, where you’ll receive session links, teacher feedback, and preparation material for each day. Sessions run live with the same small group for the full four weeks.
2.4 Fluency checks and voice recordings
As part of the Speaking Sprint, you will be asked to record a short voice message (a “fluency check”) at the start of your cohort, again partway through, and once more at the end. We use these recordings to measure your spoken English, set your personal improvement targets, and show you your progress. The Guarantee is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. 2.5 Attendance
The Sprint runs on a fixed weekday schedule with a consistent small group, so we ask you to attend every session you can. If life gets in the way, tell us and we pause your Sprint — see the Guarantee in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Speaking Group Calls and Group Lessons
3.1 Payment Terms
Depending on the plan you choose, payments for these programs can be made as a one-time purchase (for drop-in Speaking Group Calls) or as a monthly plan. Monthly plans are set up as automatic recurring subscriptions. Your card will be charged automatically every month until you cancel.
3.2 Delivery Policy (How you access your classes)
As our services are digital, there is no physical delivery.
- For monthly plans (Group Lessons or Speaking Group Calls): Within 24 hours after your payment, our administrator will email you a form to select your schedule availability. Once you fill it out, we will match you with a suitable group and add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group chat. In this chat, you will receive links to join your upcoming sessions and all necessary preparation materials.
- For one-time drop-in Speaking Group Calls: We will check your availability via email and then send the link for the next speaking group call, along with preparation materials, directly to your email inbox. You will not be added to a WhatsApp group chat.
4. General
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement, including EU/EEA consumer protection law where it applies to you.
